Since 1986, when opened its doors for the first time to Graphic community, in Wilshire Blvd. close to Miracle Mile, The Art Director continue to provide excelent services and expand them to serve our customers better. In 1989, The Art Director was the first to use Linotype Linotronic film output system for plate impressions reducing by 80% the time needed for job preparation for press.
Today, The Art Director is continuing the trend, going 100% high-tech digital for in-house printing. That means fast turn-around and excellent quality in printing jobs. Consistent bright colors on high-quality digital stock: paper, plastics, maylar.
We continue to develop, design and print in-house for our clients, expanding to digital publishing for mobile devices: eBook (AppStore or Amazon for Kindle) or iBook apps interactive tool for your own website to allow your clients to download & view them on iPad, iPhone or iMac.
3D PRINTING COMING SOON!! The Art Director is studying the possibility to add 3D printing to its existing high tech digital machines. Already in talks with 3D Systems, Inc. in developing the strategy to open a brand new way to help with everything you might think in terms of bringing to life your ideas!
